Black pepper imports rise 42% in April-Oct
Higher prices in India since the last seven months led to a rise of 42 per cent in the imports of black pepper during the April-October period. The country imported 11,500 tonnes of pepper compared with 8,100 tonnes in the same period last year. Interestingly, the exports during the period were also 11,500 tonnes.

Jindal Power files DRHP with Sebi

JM Financial Consultants, Enam Securities, Deutsche Equities India, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities, ICICI Securities, UBS Securities India and SBI Capital Market are acting as the book running lead managers to the issue while Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors is acting as co-book running lead managers. JSPL is engaged in the manufacturer of steel and captive power generation.
