CorporateSuzlon Energy's three promoters pledge 2.8 cr shares
Wind power turbine maker Suzlon Energy today said its three promoters have, in total, pledged a further 2.80 crore shares, taking the total shares pledged by the company"s promoters to 28.28 per cent.

In a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the company said its three promoters -- Brij J Tanti, Vinod R Tanti and Jitendra R Tanti -- have pledged in total 2.80 crore shares.
The promoters pledged these shares on November 4, the disclosure said.
"Post additional pledge of over 2.80 crore shares, representing about 1.80 per cent of the paid-up capital of the company, the total shares pledged by promoters or persons forming of the promoter group of the company stands at 28.28 per cent," the filing said.
Shares of Suzlon Energy today closed at Rs 73, down 2.93 per cent from its previous close on the BSE.
